Leak Detection Services & Pricing

Basic Leak Detection - $350

Basic Leak Detection:
- pressure test pool returns
- pressure test spa jets
- pressure test pool suction
- pressure test spa suction
- check light niche
- test equipment
- check for structural cracks
- electronic leak analysis (when applicable)
- video inspection (when applicable)
- includes up to 2 hours of labor time

Includes circulation pump, filter, heater, and one booster pump.  Most leak detections can be conducted without incurring additional cost.

​Additional Pumps (if tested) - $50

Additional circulation systems, return and suction, may incur additional charge.

Additional Equipment and time (if tested) - $50 and up

Additional equipment may include:
- fountains
- water features
- additional bodies of water
- multiple skimmers
- leak detections taking more than 2 hours ($50 per additional hour)

leak Analysis - $175

A Leak Analysis is available for home buyers, sellers, realtors, or concerned home owners.  

The Leak Analysis includes:
- structural analysis
- electronic leak test
- equipment analysis

Bucket TEst - $125

A bucket test can answer the question: does my pool have a leak.  If you think you may have a leak, but are not sure, a bucket test is a good way to determine.  We charge $125 for a bucket test.  This charge will go toward a full leak detection if you choose to move forward.
